relax, enjoyable. most of all, booked the room cos of Jazz by the Cove.

There was transport which is convenient. Quiet, many F&B choices, Cold Storage and 711. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Big room and choice of TV programs.

all the lights, curtains, wake up call, etc, are controlled through a tablet, which I can’t tell you how annoying it is, particularly when trying to turn all the lights off to go to bed!

Pleasant and relaxing

The staff were very helpful, accommodating (with an early check in) and friendly. The hotel had beautiful outlook over the marina, and my room was spacious, very clean and had the same marina outlook, which was nice.

Unfortunately, I only stayed one night, so I didn't really get to experience the hotel's full array of facilities and services, so I don't have any dislikes.

Peaceful stay on Sentosa Island

Nice balcony with lovely view over harbor restaurants and bars close by and a supermarket. Lovely large pool with excellent changing facilities. Free shuttle bus to all areas of the island. Room serviced ever day if required. Nice peaceful surroundings for relaxing stay. On site restaurant very good and reasonably priced for Singapore.

Large bathroom but would have preferred separate shower (not in bath). Modern electric curtains although daytime ones did not work. Reported but not fixed.

Scenic, remote location to get away from the city's bustle.

Loved the view, it was spectacular. The location is pretty remote which was absolutely blissful. The breakfast spread was delicious, we were pleasantly surprised when we went down on the second morning and the breakfast spread was different that the previous day's. There were a lot of varieties, enjoyed that. The staff at Latitude Bistro were very attentive and courteous, great service provided.

The pillows were really tough, me and my partner had to buy Salonpas to get through the 2 nights. Figured maybe we just got the bad pillows but after reading some of the reviews on here, others have also remarked on the hard, tough pillows. Suggest to throw out the old pillows and bring in soft ones. Would like a shower area, we had to climb in and out of the bathtub to take a shower, also no bidet :( Those are the only downsides to my stay with them, everything else was great.

I booked a normal room and a suite. The normal room is good as usual. The bath tub is great.

As for the suite room, the room is not big and the bath tub is dirty :(

Nice return visit to this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, hotel position and the view was great looking over the marina. Staff were very polite and accommodating, breakfast was very nice and there are a variety of good eateries around the Marina.

didn't like the "sunken" bath, difficult to get in and out of to have a shower
